Physical Therapy of North Carolina (PT of NC) was founded in January 2003 with the simple mission to provide the best possible physical therapy care to each patient served. We are completely dedicated to our patients' recovery — body, mind and spirit. Even as the practice has continued to expand, we remain committed to treating patients in a comfortable and respectful environment, providing unprecedented clinical care.

The following are just some of the many reasons Physical Therapy of North Carolina should be your physical therapy practice of choice.

  • We treat patients with or without a physician’s referral (only Medicare patients require a physician-signed plan of care).
  • Your treatment is provided by licensed physical therapists only – we don’t use support staff for direct patient care.
  • We strive to maintain continuity of care with each therapist, placing priority on following the patient from evaluation through discharge.
  • We are committed to ongoing continuing education for our clinical staff, including 100% membership of therapists in the APTA (our professional organization).
  • We will provide care to all patients – even those uninsured or for whom their insurance does not contract with our facility. Our self-pay policy is very fair.
  • Every single person treated is highly valued by our staff. Without exception.
